Our managing attorney, Mr. Cho, recently spoke at a Know Your Rights / Conoce Sus Derechos community presentation held in collaboration with Hudson County, AILA, and AIILP. The event brought together legal professionals and community advocates to share practical information with community members, families, and business owners regarding immigration related enforcement and preparedness.
During the presentation, Mr. Cho and fellow speakers discussed important topics such as the distinction between judicial and administrative warrants, how workplace related enforcement issues may arise, and what families can do in advance to prepare for unexpected immigration related situations.
