About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Associate with a passion for immigration law and a commitment to excellence. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate looking to make an impact in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will work closely with other members of the firm to provide personalized legal solutions, conduct research, and prepare filings for complex immigration cases.
- Assist in the preparation of business immigration petitions (e.g., H-1B, L-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2/EB-3, and National Interest Waivers).
- Draft compelling personal statements and legal arguments tailored to client stories.
- Conduct thorough legal research on immigration policies and regulations.
- Participate in client consultations and strategy meetings.
- Manage case files and deadlines, ensuring timely submission of applications.

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar (or pending admission).

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Law Clerk to join our team. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with an interest in law, immigration, and global talent. You will provide essential support to our legal team, working on high-impact cases that involve business immigration, family reunification, and global artistic/athletic endeavors.
- Assist attorneys in case preparatin, including gathering client information and organiing supporting documetns.
- Research immigration laws, policies, and case precedents to support legal filings.
- Draft letters, forms, and basic legal documents for attorney review.
- Maintain case management systems, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met.
- Communicate with clients to collect and clarify necessary information.
- Contribute to the preparation of compelling personal and business narratives for immigration petitions.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to law, international relations, or communications.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Interest in immigration law is preferred.
