DACA
DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, is an Obama-era program that protects undocumented immigrants who entered the United States as children from deportation. Here at Cho Law LLC, we’re strong supporters of the DACA program and work under a singular philosophy: everyone deserves to have the opportunity to dream, no matter their background.
At Cho Law LLC, we can file both initial DACA applications as well as extension applications. Click Eligibility to see if you are eligible to apply for DACA protection, and reach out to us to see how you can take the first step towards becoming a Dreamer.
